In India, working women are eligible for 26 weeks of paid maternity leave provided they have worked at least 80 days for the organization during the 12 months period before their expected delivery date. However, after 2 children, the eligibility period decreases to 12 weeks. 

7. Marriage Leave

8. Paternity Leave
